[council] Feedback from GNSO groups on Rec6 CWG recommendations

Hi all, As a reminder, the Council passed a motion on the Rec6 CWG at the Cartagena meeting and resolved that: "each Stakeholder Group and constituency provide feedback as soon as possible to the Council, on the CWG recommendations". Please make sure your respective groups are aware of this so that feedback can be provided at our next Council meeting, on Jan 13. Thanks, Stéphane
