Dear Councilors, In view of the discussion at the Community Forum this morning on the proposed amendment to ICANN’s Fundamental Bylaws and the Council’s intention to vote on the proposal at its July meeting, please find attached a draft motion that staff hopes will facilitate your discussion of the matter this week in Johannesburg.
