Thank you Greg. One other question: we discussed in SPS a need to know how to develop a procedure for the Board to reverse a PDP Final Recommendation previously adopted. Will there be any Board input on that? I note that this concern applies to CCWG work as well since there is no provision in the current guidelines for (a) reversal or modification of a CCWG Final Recommendation (think CCWG Auction Proceeds.) (b) failure to adopt a CCWG Final Recommendation in the first place. Regarding Urgent Requests, I think Sebastien and I volunteered in the Feb 12 three way with the GAC and the Board reps to participate with the GAC PSWG and that Farzaneh also followed up to add her name to that list.
Sebastien had sent an email adding the "Urgent Requests" topic to coordination with the GAC PSWG a few days ago. So under the last item for improving communications, that is Informal Topic Lead Discussions, I would add Urgent Requests.
