Dear all, Please find attached a draft of the GNSO Council's comments regarding the Draft FY22-26 Operating <https://www.icann.org/public-comments/draft-opplan-budget-fy22-26-2020-12-1 7-en> & Financial Plan and Draft FY22 Operating Plan & Budget. This draft is still work in progress, but we wanted to share the latest version by the Motions and Documents deadline. The SCBO is scheduled to meet next on 10 Feb 2021 to finalize the draft and deliver the final version back to the Council on 11 Feb 2021. Comment submissions are due 15 Feb 2021. As with prior years, the planning schedule does not allow the Council to consider a final version by the public comment due date and February's scheduled Council meeting. Thus, the comments will be submitted by the deadline based on absence of objection by the Council. Please advise if you have questions over the mailing list, as this will not be a topic on the Council's agenda next week. Thank you.
