Just to be clear. You must formally notify the GNSO Secretariat in advance. It is not sufficient to simply ask another Council member to carry your proxy without notifying the GNSO Secretariat. This avoids any misunderstanding and ensures that there is one central contact point for documenting proxies associated with a Council meeting. Regards, Bruce
