Hi Rafik, all, Staff actually looked back at the original motion and our understanding is that at the time of the adoption of the motion the Council forgot to fill in a name or no volunteer had come forward as after the last 'and' the original version had brackets in that place (and [name] to serve as GNSO Council liaison to the group) as the GNSO Council liaison has to be a Council member.
