GNSO Councilors: ICANN has posted a notice of implementation of the revised ICANN Procedure for Handling WHOIS Conflicts with Privacy Law (http://www.icann.org/announcements/announcement-18dec07.htm). The procedure will be posted for 30 days and is planned for implementation in January 2008. The revised procedure incorporates the advice from the GAC received during the ICANN meeting in Los Angeles, http://gac.icann.org/web/communiques/gac29com.pdf).
