Draft Response to GAC Letter of 23 May 2019

Hi all, Per our discussion yesterday, I have attached a draft Council response to the GAC's recent letter on the IGO CRP issue. Please review and let me know if you have any comments or concerns. This needs to be sent by Friday, so a quick turn is requested. Thanks in advance, Keith

Keith, I like the tone and content of the letter. I do realize that us pointing out the council vote was divided will probably be used against us at some point, but it does help to explain the situation. Julf On 30-05-19 02:19, Drazek, Keith via council wrote:

Hi Julf, thanks for your reply. Just to clarify, the actual Council vote had supermajority support with only two votes against. The divide referenced in the letter was whether we could approve or reject all 5 recommendations, neither of which had supermajority support. Best, Keith
