Hi all, Regarding the Motion for the WhoIs Disclosure System, it seems that the Resolution Item 3 is a bit unclear as to the point where the two years begins to run. The language says “pending implementation and running” Could a more definite start date for the two years be described? Is it dependent on general availability to all registrars? Hi Anne, The intent is to have 2 years of operations to draw data from. The 2 years will start when the product is launched. We don’t have a hard date for this launch yet because it depends on when the development work starts and if indeed it ends on time. We also envision promotional efforts to launch the product which we will run in parallel to development but may require for launch to wait to fit the audiences’ calendars.
