Dear Justine Since you are member of the Small Team to collect actions related to DNS Abuse around ICANN, I will share with you our activity here, Brazil Our Software Association. ABES, where I am Director and the chair of our Board , represents ABES at the BC, where the Association is member, we had an initiative with a HUB to collect all abuse demands around here to address the abuses to all other registrars/registries out of dot br ( dot br already have the facility to receive complains, The initiative is especially relevant since several barriers prevent a common user from addressing any complaints independently: barriers such as language, understanding what abuse is, and understanding their own rights. As an Association involved with the Internet for so many years, we believe we can help our citizens and companies. First, we are open for users inside the country. Once we get more amplitude, we will be open to Latin America with the Spanish language. Here we are working with our ICANN’s country engagement contact. Daniel Fink I am at disposition to any further information if needed. Lots of kisses
