Dear Community Members,
It is my pleasure as the chair of the Customer Standing Committee, to provide you with the latest monthly finding (December 2025) on the performance of Public Technical Identifiers (PTI). The CSC concluded that PTI’s performance was: Satisfactory – PTI met 93.8% of defined metrics. This was due to missing 4 SLAs out of the 64 defined SLAs. The missing of the SLAs has been satisfactorily explained by PTI. The CSC has determined that these exceptions are no cause for concern. No persistent problems were identified, and no further action is needed.
The CSC and PTI have started the review process of the SLA. At the CSC January meeting, we discussed and agreed on the method to conduct the review. At our upcoming meeting we will start with the actual review.
Generally, the CSC regular meetings are scheduled on or around the 15th every month, however we agreed to review the PTI performance on-line. The next meeting of the CSC is scheduled for Wednesday 18 February 2026 | 02.00 – 03.00 UTC.
If you would like to be informed of upcoming meetings or receive CSC reports directly, you may want to subscribe to our announce list at https://mm.icann.org/mailman/listinfo/csc-announce. Any comment on our reporting to you is welcome.
