[CPWG] ALAC Statement on the EPDP Phase 2 Final Report

The EPDP completed its deliberations last Thursday. Based on the final outcomes, Hadia and I drafted a statement for the consideration of the ALAC. The statement is fully aligned with what we have been presenting at CPWG meetings over the last weeks. The statement has been reviewed by the ALAC and revised based on the feedback.
