My suggestion for the next CPWG - yes , concentrate on the EPDP, but particularly on the items highlighted in blue since those are the areas still open for discussion. In particular, recommendations 13, 14 and 22 (which will reopen many established policies)

Please refrain from proposing edits to the sections highlighted in green as the current wording reflects in certain cases a carefully crafted compromise. Any changes in relation to these sections will need to go back to the full EPDP Team review. For other sections, minor updates / corrections will be applied by staff. Any substantive changes / edits will be brought back to the EPDP Team for consideration. As discussed in Toronto, the audience for this report is the GNSO Council and subsequently the ICANN Board, so please keep this in mind as you consider possible structural changes to the report. As you are also aware, there are a number of elements that are required to be included in the Final Report (whether it is in the body of the report, an annex or by reference).
