@Jusitine: Thank you for the presentation. "Aged Domains" can result in "Domain Flipping" - a type of Domain name abuse. This is not Cyber Squatting. The domain name is purchased and sold by a sort of "middle - man" who makes a profit. Aged domains are domain names previously used by another website but are now available [typically on Auction]. Understandably, a popular TLD can increase the value of the auction bid. Domain flipping is completely legal in India. You may consider answering if this is within the scope of your present work.
