[CPWG] CPWG call on Nov 22, 2023: Change of Registrant discussion

Dear all, There is scheduled a 20 min slot to discuss the Change of Registrant policy (CoR), Phase 1B in the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy PDP. The agenda is: "History of CoR" (5 min) Pros and Cons for CoR being a part of the Inter-Transfer Policy (15 min) If time allows, we could have a “poll” with the question: Based on the information given and your understanding, will you propose to REMOVE THE CoR FROM THE INTER-TRANSFER POLICY? * YES * NO * NOT SURE * ABSTAIN Theo Geurts, Realtime Register, will join the meeting, and give some background for the present CoR.
