[CPWG] Revised EPDP Advice

Attached are all of the revisions since voting has begun. All are typos or clarifications. Thank to all of the great proof-readers (I always find it interesting that non-native English speakers always excel at this!) It is normal that a document drafted this quickly has such errors. Hopefully if there are any more, we can catch them BEFORE the vote completes! Alan
