Dear CPWG Members, Following Justine Chew's presentation on the Proposed Language for the Next Round Applicant Support Program and Registry Service Provider Evaluation Program Terms and Conditions at the 07 August 2024<https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=363921841> CPWG call, it was proposed that a draft ALAC statement<https://docs.google.com/document/d/19IXHFg0tJfpUmz2lrdekYjaUE-OzWyDP07_Wo9w8...> be initiated and circulated to CPWG for review and comments. The first draft is now ready for comment. It: * Addresses the responses received to the first 3 poll questions related to issue 1 as posed to CPWG (link to slide deck<https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=363921841&preview=/...>); and * Includes proposed responses to issues 2 to 5 which appear in the slide deck. You may also refer to Justine's analysis<https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=363921841&preview=/...> of the proposed Terms and Conditions language in support of the issues raised. Comments are invited to all the highlighted issues 1 to 5; in particular, whether there are objections to issues 2 to 5 in respect of ASP and issues 1-2 in respect of RSP.
