Yes, I volunteered to be penholder for the "Evolving the Governance of the Root Server System” PC. Not only do I find it a very interesting topic which I’d like to learn more about and don’t mind spending some time on, it seems t me a no brainer that the (governance of the) root server system is fundamental to the functioning of the DNS and At-Large therfore *must* take note of this PC and respond. I did not however commit to sharing an outline during next Tuesday’s call.
