Due to this public comment proceeding closing on 17 November (i.e. prior to a subsequent CPWG call next week), and as indicated during the CPWG session at ICANN84 on 26 October, we have proceeded to craft this draft statement based on: (1) the general consensus established on the bullet points discussed at ICANN84; and (2) remaining bullets points to be discussed at the CPWG Call on 12 November.
To pre-empt, general consensus was established on:
- Issue 1: Emergency Transition - Issue 2: Incident Report (SAC074) - Question 1: Termination by ICANN - fraudulent or deceptive practices (partly)
While the remaining bullets points proposed to be discussed are on:
