Dear CPWG Members, The GNSO Council voted to initiate<https://gnso.icann.org/en/council/resolutions/2020-current#202512> a PDP on DNS Abuse Mitigation on 12 December 2025 and adopted<https://gnso.icann.org/en/council/resolutions/2020-current#202601> the charter<https://gnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/policy/2026/draft/charter-dns-abu...> of PDP 1 on Associated Domain Name Checks on 15 January 2026. This notice is to issue a call to for At-Large participants for this new PDP. ALAC has been allocated two (2) Members, one (1) participant, and 1 Alternate. Observers, who are interested in these policy deliberations, will have the ability to enroll, but they will not be considered active participants of the PDP. Interested At-Large members should send their Expression of Interest (EOI), and include how they might meet the membership criteria in Section IV of the charter, to At-Large staff<http://staff@atlarge.icann.org> by Friday, 30 January 2026. The deadline for the ALAC to identify their representatives is 9 February 2026.
