I have included a draft executive summary ( page 2) and I have also added line numbering for ease of reference of suggestions/ comments if needed. In my case I have added comment on page 10 line 34: should it be representation or consultation? As discussed the goal is to circulate the draft top the CSC by Friday 15 July. May I also suggest that (PLEASE ACK) that the version to be circulated to the CSC is circulated to the PTI Board?
