[CSC-Review] Final Report CSC Charter review Team and Proposed amended charter

Dear Kim, For PTI’s reference please find included the Final Report of the Customer Standing Committee Review and standalone version of the amended Charter. The Report and amended Charter have been send to the ccNSO and GNSO Councils for discussion and decision-making. In accordance with the CSC Charter and the ICANN bylaws, any recommended changes to the CSC Charter as a result of the CSC Charter review are to be ratified by both the GNSO and ccNSO Councils to become effective.
