I’d see us as having two key questions that we need to address: 1. How effective is the CSC in handling it’s business (as seen as by us as independent observers) – and if there are any issues, are they associated with the charter? 2. A discussion on the CSC proposals (and their wider implications) for charter changes. The first would best be done towards the end of the call. It does not matter when we do 2. So to make the process less disruptive on the meeting, I guess at the end would be the best option!
