Hi Donna, Unfortunately we are not able to change timing of the CSC meeting. We could try to arrange a meeting between CSC and CSC RT later in the week Kind regards, Bart From: CSC-Review <csc-review-bounces@icann.org> on behalf of "Austin, Donna via CSC-Review" <CSC-review@icann.org> Reply-To: "Austin, Donna" <Donna.Austin@team.neustar> Date: Wednesday 28 February 2018 at 22:14 To: "CSC-review@icann.org" <CSC-review@icann.org> Subject: [CSC-Review] Schedule conflict Hi All I’m just working my way through the ICANN schedule and I notice that the CSC has a public meeting scheduled for 1700 to 1830 on Sunday. Unfortunately, Keith and I have a CPH Excom meeting at the same time. I know it’s late in the day, but is there any possibility that we could move the CSC meeting to later in the week. Keith and I will be involved in GNSO Council meetings most of Sunday. Hi Donna, all, We scheduled the CSC public meeting for earlier in the week as Byron and a few others are leaving San Juan on Thursday, 15 March. Would you be open to us trying to schedule a meeting in the early block (8:30), or block 6 (18:30), on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday? Hi Bart We can discuss this on the call, but why can’t we change the timing of the meeting? If two of the four members of the review team are not available then I think we have a valid reason to do so. I don’t recall any discussion among our team about the timing of the meeting, but given I was away it is possible that I could have missed that. Anyway, lets discuss on the call.
