I was not able to attend the call. Reviewing the transcript, I would like to respond to this key action item: Action item: Does anyone object or feel strongly differently about the provisional conclusion that there is no need for structural neutrality which would require the creation of a new trust? I strongly support the conclusion that there is no need for structural neutrality and oppose any attempt to create a new trust.
