I went back through and just deleted the subsections, so now there are a bunch of references to Section 3.A. In an ideal world we could cross-reference to paragraph numbers, but I'm not sure that's worth the time. My changes are in track changes. Thanks Greg. I just saw your note about section numbering. We lightened up on the section numbering when we introduced paragraph numbering into the draft. I can check/cross reference the term sheet to the final if this is still an issue (I haven't looked at your draft yet).

I've made a few changes to the Term Sheet section, including shortening the section on trademarks and putting it in brackets to further signify that it's an open point. Also made some formatting changes (including having the headers on every page).
