[CWG-Stewardship] Revised DT-F section.

Attached please find the revised section III.A.iii of the CWG Proposal. Note that sub-heading number III.A.iii.a is not required, since there is no III.AAA.iii.b. This revision incorporates everything that was in the former Annex N, and that Annex is no longer required. Alan
