The proposed secondment of virtually all PTI personnel from ICANN appears to me to pose a legal risk that PTI would not be considered a separate corporation under California law. I suggest that Sidley be asked to look into this. " As David suggests, I think it would be very good if the client committee requested Sidley to look into this as soon as possible so that we could have their response prior to our next CWG meeting.
