Attached is a close to final version of the Report from the Design Team C. I say close to final because we had a call earlier today and because of travel and timezones some in the group have not had time to review the attached document, which was developed as a result of that call. However, in the interests in having this available in order to assist discussion in Istanbul, I am attaching for the information of the CWG.
Happy to respond to any questions now or when we discuss in Istanbul.
