Chuck is correct. That is the freeze (or "standstill") time and date for all documents. Greg On Sun, Nov 16, 2014 at 6:34 PM, Gomes, Chuck <cgomes@verisign.com> wrote:

@All:
I suggest that we reach some sort of consensus on selecting a date and time that all documents of the sub-groups (and other sub-groups) 1 to 3 are frozen, i.e. no more revisions are made to them previous to start our f2f meeting.
I foresee a rough f2f start without a baseline set of these documents.
Having said that, I recommend the day/time to be Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 12:00 UTC. This will provide plenty of time to update the wiki and print all necessary material for the f2f.
All frozen documents should be clearly posted in the wiki (or their corresponding links), communicated to the cwg list and have them available in printing form for easier browsing, reference and correlation.
