Dear Dusan, Thank you for taking over the coordination of the GP. I would like to thank also Yuriy and to wish him good luck in his new challenges. I see and believe that you will find the most effective way to lead the team further and I will be glad to be part of this project to the end :). I am personally in a job-searching mode, coming back to the ministry. It is hard to see the future, but I may say with confidence that I will devote time and efforts to be more active in the teamwork. What I can recommend and works well for me is to have work plan, which includes tasks and activities and schedule. Somehow, I miss the whole picture. This is in brief. I am planning to go to Marrakech and I hope to see most of the team members there. Best regards Nelly On 23 January 2016 at 03:28, Dusan Stojicevic <dusan@dukes.in.rs> wrote:
Dear all,
All I can say right now is> I will try to do that, it would be my pleasure and I want to thank Yuriy for all the work and energy. Yuriy, best wishes for all future works and hope to see You soon.
By taking a role of coordinator of GP, I would like to make some clarifications about our work. First, I have strong filing that we need to reset things here and start from the scratch, taking into consideration what we have done already. Inline with that, I would like to kindly ask You to help me find a good working format for us.
WHO IS READY TO PARTICIPATE? It was obvious that most of You were silent during this election process, and it makes some doubts for me about this role of coordinator. I strongly hope that this behavior will change during the future works. My first suggestion is that after year and a half, we need to see how many people is still ready to participate>
a) I would like to kindly ask Sarmad, if it's possible, to send us a list of participants in GP (mailing list members). b) I am sending this email also to Vladimir Shadrunov, to kindly invite him to come back and continue the work with us. Vladimir, You were very active member in the past, and I think that we need You. I hope that You'll come back. c) I will kindly ask ALL of You to send one short email to the list, expressing Your opinion and current status in this group. In other words, I am asking everyone of you> can You and will You participate? Of course, I kindly ask You to be clear about specific conditions for the work in your mail - tell us if there are some limitations or anything crucial about Your participation.
Thank You in advance! It will take only 2-3 minutes of your time, and this will be crucial for further adjustment and shaping our working plan.
Next mail will be about our work and resources.
Cheers, Dusan

Dear All,
We have received only the nomination for Dusan as the chair of the Panel. As there are no further nominations, if everybody is agreeable, we can proceed accordingly. If you have any reservations, please let us know.

Thanks Dusan. Agreed that two election counters/monitors are better.
Let me nominate you for the chair.
I propose myself as chair for small WG.

Dear Dmitry, all, Thanks for the input. For separation: Today is 8. January - nomination period is until 15. January. Voting period is until 20. January. Secret voting: It can be done by anyone who's not candidate. Sarmad can be the one also, if he's willing to do that. But, putting only one person in that position is like putting him to the role of judge and the whole process can be jeopardized. I suggest Sarmad and Michael to be in that role - by sending email of voting to both of them. Of course, we are not electing ceo of icann, and I personally don't see the benefit in secret voting, but - if You want this way, ok. Let's do it, if Sarmad and Michael don't object to the suggestion. Best, Dusan

Good idea but I suggest separating nominations and voting, and having voting secret (achievable by emailing it to moderator, which have to be not a candidate.. I suggest Yuri does it.)
