How does the Russian - Belarusian - Ukrainian group function, how do I join, what are the modalities of its work: is there a mailing list, or are there any protocols or work products created so far that I can review?
In future please announce any significant information through this mailing list: there may be group members who did not participate in a particular phone call. I believe this is a standard protocol used in the majority of ICANN working groups.
