First, I have strong filing that we need to reset things here and start from the scratch, taking into consideration what we have done already. Inline with that, I would like to kindly ask You to help me find a good working format for us. WHO IS READY TO PARTICIPATE? It was obvious that most of You were silent during this election process, and it makes some doubts for me about this role of coordinator. I strongly hope that this behavior will change during the future works. My first suggestion is that after year and a half, we need to see how many people is still ready to participate> a) I would like to kindly ask Sarmad, if it's possible, to send us a list of participants in GP (mailing list members). b) I am sending this email also to Vladimir Shadrunov, to kindly invite him to come back and continue the work with us. Vladimir, You were very active member in the past, and I think that we need You. I hope that You'll come back. c) I will kindly ask ALL of You to send one short email to the list, expressing Your opinion and current status in this group. In other words, I am asking everyone of you> can You and will You participate? Of course, I kindly ask You to be clear about specific conditions for the work in your mail - tell us if there are some limitations or anything crucial about Your participation. Thank You in advance! Secret voting: It can be done by anyone who's not candidate. Sarmad can be the one also, if he's willing to do that. But, putting only one person in that position is like putting him to the role of judge and the whole process can be jeopardized. I suggest Sarmad and Michael to be in that role - by sending email of voting to both of them. Of course, we are not electing ceo of icann, and I personally don't see the benefit in secret voting, but - if You want this way, ok. Good idea but I suggest separating nominations and voting, and having voting secret (achievable by emailing it to moderator, which have to be not a candidate.. I suggest Yuri does it.)
