@ All, I offer my deepest apologies for anyone if transfer of our conf-call gave rise difficulties in working schedule. And I ask excuse me. Transfer is caused by several reasons: (1) at first, tomorrow I must to do very important negotiations and demonstration of the system for future contractor and I'm will be very busy tomorrow. Unfortunately, taking in account the condition the text of "Proposal..." in relation with text of "IP-Comments..." , in modern and current situation (sic!), I didn't find possibility to request/call somebody to will host online meeting; (2) at second, as I remarked it's a lack of readiness the "Proposal..." that must be corrected in accordance with the "IP-Comments..."; (3) the preparation for the introduction of the representatives from Kazakhstan and Tajikistan; (4) lack of readiness on the "apostrophe" issue and the introduction of the new member of the Panel from Belarus. At the same time, I take this opportunity to recall we have the two documents in emailing (emails from 29-Apr-2015 and 10-Aug-2015) which expecting your comments and remarks in the text. It's very important for us. @ Vladimir, I don't wish to switch this list into a board of subjectless statements. I don't want to remind, that you had also urgent substantive work and you could not to do some work within Panel during few weeks. Meanwhile, I would like to remind that each of us has main work and we are volunteers here only. Vladimir, you wanted to compose a letter to the Russian linguists and to do work for their involvement in the Panel's job. I would be very grateful to you for the preparation of the such letter. Can we expect to discuss the draft of the letter at the next meeting or maybe earlier? Sorry once again if somebody will have any troubles due to me. The conference call has already been rescheduled a number of times per request of the chair. Provided the number of people participating in the group reserve this timeslot in their calendar I do not think it is an efficient way to manage group work.

Normally if the chair can't attend a scheduled call, there is a substitute who handles the call and the work can continue.

Also just wanted to confirm what is the term of the current chair and if we're going to have an election process soon.
