These 21-day periods for (1) IANA FY25 Operating Plan and Budget, (2) ICANN FY25 Operating Plan and Budget and (3) ICANN FY25-29 Operating and Financial Plan commenced on 9 May 2024 and will end at 23:59 PDT on 30 May 2024, or 06:59 UTC on 31 May 2024.
