Dear Empowered Community Administration representatives, Today, 12 June 2026, marks the official expiration of the Approval Action Community Forum Period, and the initiation of the 21-day Approval Action Decision Period. This is in regard to the ongoing Approval Action<https://www.icann.org/en/ec/fundamental-bylaws-amendments-re-customer-standi...> for the Fundamental Bylaws Amendments pertaining to the CSC and IANA Naming Functions Review. The Approval Action Decision Period will expire on 2 July 2026 at 23:59 PDT (3 July at 6:59 UTC). Before this Decision Period expires, each Decisional Participant has the responsibility to inform the EC Administration in writing as to whether it supports or objects to the Approval Action; or it has determined to abstain from the matter. If a Decisional Participant does not inform the EC Administration in time, it shall be deemed to have abstained.
