Once we have confirmation from the ccNSO that their approval vote remains unchanged, and we hear from the GAC as to their final decision, this information can all be plugged into the draft notice for one of you to send (e.g. Stephen?). We have gotten the ball over the goal line with ALAC coming through formally this evening… The ccNSO will push it further when they are able to weigh in after the expiration of their member objection period, in a few hours… I really do not anticipate an objection from their membership on this, considering that the proposal came from one of their elected Board members… So I am counting four yes, and perhaps one abstention, by default (GAC).
