Please note that the draft notice attached to this letter was based on the scenario where the requisite support threshold has been reached (i.e. support from at least 3 of the 5 Decisional Participants, and objection by no more than 1 Decisional Participant). If that turns out to be the case, the blank spaces will need to be filled in with the updated numbers. Of course, should it turn out that the approval threshold is not reached, the draft will have to be amended accordingly. We hope this is helpful. Given the upcoming weekend and the fact that a few Empowered Community Administration members have indicated that they will be away starting from this weekend, we hope it will be possible for one of the others to send the requisite notice to the ICANN Secretary on behalf of the Empowered Community Administration. As you know, approval of the Fundamental Bylaw amendment requires the support of at least three Decisional Participants, with no more than one Decisional Participant objecting.
