In order to improve the administration of the program, staff in support of administering CROP propose the following timeline for CROP FY20: *20 – 31 May 2019* Proposed period for discussion between regional VP/team with relevant community groups (i.e. RALOs and CROP-eligible GNSO constituency groups) on creating a Draft Strategic Outreach Plan for FY20 *27 May – 10 June 2019* Proposed dates for draft and submission of FY20 Draft Strategic Outreach Plan for VP concurrence *17-Jun-19* Proposed deadline for VP sign-off We would appreciate if you could let us know what you think on this timeline and provide your feedback.
