In one of our recent board meetings, the Individual Users' board members agreed that there is need to have a yearly strategic plan for the EURALO. And I volunteered to take up the task to make the draft of a strategic plan, which will cover CROPP and other European regional outreach activities. I am happy to inform you that attached ( Word and PDF copies) here the draft of EURALO outreach strategic plan for FY18. Please, find time to review and/or comment on it. If we agree by accepting the draft, we use it to replace and/or update the old strategic plan. So right now, two questions: - should it be the remit of the EURALO Task Force on ALS Engagement to revise the current plan? - if so, then what changes/improvements should be made to the plan - if no, then whose task should it be to update this?
