As a result, it was agreed that it makes little sense in conducting a vote with only one candidate, especially since the candidate is already in position and we favour making decisions by consensus. Accordingly, we agreed to have a consensus call for Bastiaan to be selected by acclamation. As a result, this is formal notice of a 72 hour (3 days) consensus call to select Bastiaan Goslings by acclamation for the position of ALAC Member (as selected by the RALO).
