There is also an evaluation call included: "Become an External Evaluator for NGIatlantic.eu Proposals submitted during the open calls to NGIatlantic.eu will be evaluated by independent experts as part of an External Pool of Evaluators. A call for Evaluators is open and international experts in the domains spanned by NGI are invited to apply ..." I think there is still a lack in domain-related issues in the whole process so EURALO people could help a lot.
