Hi Bill It isn't a representative. It's a member of NomCom from Europe and ALAC asked the RALOs for names of good candidates. The decision is ALAC's according to the bylaws, and we are consulting with the RALOs to get good names. The people you send to ALAC don't have to be ALS members, just good people for NomCom.
