This session will be conducted in a hybrid format—both in person at the University of Lodz and online via Microsoft Teams. We are honoured to welcome *Dr Eneken Tikk* (Erik Castrén Institute, University of Helsinki; Director, Cyber Policy Institute), a distinguished scholar and practitioner in international cyber diplomacy and cyber policy.
