unfortunately my activities in Wikimedia and ICANN are only private interest while I have other duties in my day job, so I can't come to Vilnius even though I am interested in both the IGF and meeting my fellow ALSes. The IGF would also be interesting for Wikimedia, we have been very active at the first WSIS in Tunis. Maybe you meet someone from Wikimedia Deutschland in Vilnius, they have paid staff.
