Dear Friends, FYI, the French Ministry for Communications has initiated the legal public consultation concerning the review of the management of the French territories ccTLDs. As part of its answer france@large has made the proposition to dedicate ".tf" to artistics, culural and technical issues in the French language. In particular, this proposition should lead to a show case for the international digital convergence and semantic emergence of the Multilingal Internet. france@large is already attentive to the work engaged in the IETF concerning the IDNA proposition through several observers. jfc
