Hi Olivier. No amendment to the agenda, just the usual concern about time. I am wondering whether new can keep agenda item 3 (public consultations) in 10min - or even less - avoiding, for instance, long explanations on what has happened and what is the status and do only Q&A. The agenda points to enough documentation on every item in the list, and there is no reason why members cannot read the material before the meeting instead of using prime time for what is necessarily only a summary of what is already available. When I have raised this in the past I have been told that we cannot guarantee that participants have read the material - to this, my cynical half replies that we cannot guarantee either that participants listen to the summary.
