Dear all, I would like to support application of Together-against-Cybercrime (TaC) from France. I met Julia Morenetz during first EuroDIG in Strasbourg, and since that time we have extremely active and useful cooperation. Together with Lee Hibbard Julia helped us to organize first EuroDIG remote participation hub in Ukraine, she participated in the First and Second Ukrainian IGF. Julia was born in Ukraine, but now she is an expert of the Council of Europe and European Commission. Such unique experience provides her with better insight of twists of Ukrainian legislation and regulation in IG. And we hope to use Julia's experience in self-regulation, especially on the local level. Best regards, Oksana
