As far as I understand, you did not discuss the RoP draft The discussion is over. and you did not vote for this draft. The vote to allow the participation of all ALSes is supposed to be organised online. As EURALO has to clean the list of members with desertification and certification we have to wait for ALAC to take action - it is not done. Now staff need to setup the voting tool with the current membership. As ICANN meeting is always a very busy time particularly for staff, I hope that the vote will start soon.

At this stage you have TWO options:
Participate in the General Assembly in person or remotely: instructions for attending are included below in this email. Please note there is *no* travel funding to attend this meeting in Hamburg. Send an apology, in which case you may nominate a PROXY (document attached) to represent you. A proxy will need to confirm participation in the General Assembly.
Please note that in order to achieve quorum at the General Assembly, it is important for you totake action on one of the two options above!
In order to nominate a proxy, please send your proxy document by email with the subject linePROXY EURALO Hybrid GA 2023 to EURALO’s Chair at sebicann@bachollet.fr <mailto:sebicann@bachollet.fr>, Secretariat atfilinafilka@gmail.com <mailto:filinafilka@gmail.com> and At-Large staff at staff@atlarge.icann.org <mailto:staff@atlarge.icann.org>, appointing the proxy.
Kindly note that according to the new EURALO Articles of Association, Proxies may only validly be appointed by a notice in writing (a “proxy notice”) which:
states the name and address of the Member appointing the proxy; identifies the person appointed to be that Member’s proxy and the General Assembly in relation to which that person is appointed; is signed by or on behalf of the Member appointing the proxy, or is authenticated in such manner as the Board may determine; and is delivered to the General Assembly in accordance with the articles and any instructions contained in the notice of the General Assembly to which they relate.
As per practice in past General Assemblies, there will be a maximum of two proxies possible per memberparticipating in the GA and staff will inform you if a nominated proxy has exceeded their vote allocation and suggest alternatives.
At-Large staff amend the calendar invitations to reflect the NEW date and time and update it with Remote Participation information 24h prior to the session.
