[EURO-Discuss] Message from the Meeting of Parliamentarians attending the IGF

Dear Colleagues, today during the Legislative Main Session at the IGF in Berlin Parliamentarians from across the world agreed on the Messages enclosed. In memorial of Jimmy Schulz a German politician who initiated the parliamentarians Meeting at the IGF but died on 25th November we call this document “Jimmy Schulz Call”.
